Welcome foolish mortals.  I know it's been a couple of weeks since I posted anything but it's been a very challenging couple of weeks for the BBP.  Let's touch base on the past couple of weeks.

50th Anniversary of The Haunted Mansion.  Got to go to this event and it was a great time.  There really weren't any lines for any of the rides so I managed to hit all at least twice and some more.  Got some good pictures which I'll add on here in just a bit as well as some video.  Have to say it was a lot of fun.  Started the night waiting in line for an hour or so and was talking with some people who were wondering what we were waiting for and were shocked at the price.  Well...that's Disney for you.  The mansion was in it's elegant form for the night even though I was stuck on it for a while, in the graveyard with the grim grinning ghosts singing.  By the end of the night...er, morning, I left the park around 4:30 am and made it home by 5 am and fell asleep soon after.

Birthday weekend - I took the Friday before and Monday being my birthday off.  Have to say, it was a difficult time for me on many levels.  Levels I'd rather not discuss on here but I survived another journey around the sun.

So here we are now and just working our way through to the weekend where it will hopefully be better.
