I love Friday the 13th.  Don't know why people get all bent out of shape over this date.  Hell, in some cultures, it is a very lucky day and 13 is a lucky number.  That's the case with me too.  I'm not a traditionalist and love to go against the grain of society.  I'm not evil, bad or anything to that sort.  I just like to think for myself and make my own decisions.  It's almost like people who need someone to direct them and make them feel a certain way.  Quit being a sheep and make an impact. People who need others to tell them they did good or are good or what to do or how to do it are the in the box people.  Sometimes that's fine but don't expect everyone to be like that.  I look back on my life, decisions I made, mistakes I made and things I did that were bad and regrettable but the thing about that is it is in the past.  I'm not saying it's just gone but I can look back and see what I've done wrong and make sure I change my ways.  People in your life aren't always meant to be there.  Some are toxic growing pains, some are lessons to be learned and some help us along the way to where we ultimately want to be.  And sometimes the person you always wanted to be in your life, comes into your life at a time where you're finally ready and able to be a part of something unique and special.  That is what growing and life is all about.

OK, so enough of my preaching.  We are in the midst of February and the year is moving along quite nicely.  Seems like only yesterday I was in Germany, travelling all over Europe and exploring castles.  Still got pictures to put up here.  So not much is going on.  Counting down the days.  Got some good things in store.

Also only a few more months til they start building up the theme parks for Halloween.   I know, I know.  It seems it just ended but it's almost here again.  

Alrighty then.  I'm all over the place with this post.  Not even sure why I got into that opening rant but I guess just a few things that happened over the past few days brought it out. Oh well though.  Looking ahead and life is great!!!
