Sep 1st - Welcome to September

Welcome foolish mortals to September.  Can't believe we're already here.  Halloween is just around the corner and the haunts around us here in SoCal are about to go full swing very soon.  

It's been a crazy past couple of weeks out here still  It's like riding a roller coaster and it's been tough on some days.  Been working out these past couple of weeks too so that's helped out.  

Looking forward to what's to come here as the creepiness is coming out.

Aug 23 - Another day

Welcome foolish mortals.  I know it's been a couple of weeks since I posted anything but it's been a very challenging couple of weeks for the BBP.  Let's touch base on the past couple of weeks.

50th Anniversary of The Haunted Mansion.  Got to go to this event and it was a great time.  There really weren't any lines for any of the rides so I managed to hit all at least twice and some more.  Got some good pictures which I'll add on here in just a bit as well as some video.  Have to say it was a ...

August 8th - Tonight's the night!!!

Welcome foolish mortals.  Today is a very exciting day for the BBP.  We are heading to Disneyland where we will be spending the night in the park for The Haunted Mansion's 50th anniversary.  We are super stoked for this and can't wait for the final minutes to the countdown.  Pics will be up so until then...

Aug 1st - The best month

August 2, 2019
Welcome foolish mortals to the best month around.  August is here!!!  This is the birthday month of all months to celebrate.  Right after this comes the best time of the year with the Halloween haunts coming out to play.

We've also got next week happening for us...which is nice.  We're spending the night at Disneyland for The Haunted Mansions 50th Anniversary.  Going to enjoy the hot and cold running chills.  Very exciting and gonna be so much fun.

It has been 8 years since you left.  Never a day goes by that something doesn't bring you to my thoughts.  When I'm back home, I always come by and say hello and chat for a bit.  There have been many times I wished I could really speak with you and hear your thoughts on things I've had to deal with and put myself in.  I miss you Grandma and love you.

July 21 - Another day

Welcome foolish mortals.  Another warm day in SoCal.  Been a crazy few weeks out here as been busy.  Also just realized how much a credit card is connected with everything as I had to change one and lost my site for a bit.  Well, we're back now and all is good.

Hate the weekends are so short.  Went to the OC Fair last night and was very disappointed.  The rides were lame and the food selection was just as bad.  Nothing really unique there like I'm used to.  Oh well.  Until the next time...

July 1st - Getting closer

Welcome foolish mortals to the month of July!!!  This year is just cruising on by and it's almost the best time of the year.  Yes, it's almost time to start building the haunts and mazes at the theme parks around us.  I am getting super excited for this.  Gonna be getting the Scare Pass for Knotts again.  Gonna be awesome.

Otherwise, summer is now full swing here and the heat is kicking in.  However, also nice evenings are here and able to play golf until 8 pm or so.  Got in a round last week ...

June 18th - Moving along

Welcome foolish mortals.  Here we are in the middle of June and almost the first day of summer.  Been having some "June gloom" out here in SoCal and it's kept the days cooler but I'm sure that will change soon.  

Work has been extra crazy and busy for the past few months.  Actually since I got back from my Florida trip, it's been non-stop since my feet hit the California soil.

June 5th - Hello June

June 5, 2019
Welcome foolish mortals...to June.  Been a flying time this year and it doesn't seem to be letting up anytime soon.  Summer is about on us and we're hoping not to have the 115 degree temps this year.  UGH!!!

Star Wars Galaxy Edge opened last week and so far it seems to be a huge hit.  Crowds, crowds and crowds.  Not sure when I might take a peek at it but I know I will eventually.  I'm looking forward to something even better and bigger...in my opinion.  The Haunted Mansion is celebrating it's...
