Sep 21st - Here comes Fall

Greetings foolish mortals. Here we are on the threshold to fall and I'm super excited. The weather is changing, yes, we have a cool, rainy morning here in SoCal. Awesomeness at it's finest!!!
Tonight is the opening of Knott's Scary Farm and I've got the scare pass so I can go every single night til Halloween. I do plan on getting many visits in during that time and checking out all the haunts. Going to be a 'Most Excellent" time.
I love this time of year. The season change, yes we get it here in SoCal unlike Florida which waits til December to get less hot, the haunts and there are many around here. I do miss Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens and HHN at Universal Orlando but we have so many more here like Dark Harbor, the Queen Mary location, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Universal Hollywood, Knott's Scary Farm here in Buena Park and there's also a few others down in San Diego. It's good to be here.
Also, with the NFL starting, it's feeling pretty good though so far, the games haven't been too watchable. My Aquatic Mammals did beat the San Die...ERRR...Los Angeles Chargers this past weekend and some other teams I don't like lost too so some things are right in the world of sports. Baseball is wrapping up and while my team didn't do much this year, I did get a chance to see them play the Angels. Was a good night.
